On the 12th and 13th of January, our centre hosted a BBC film crew, including the singer Connie Fisher. The production team were filming the search dogs and handlers, for a TV program about search and rescue dogs. Connie was taught the basics of being a search and rescue dog handler, and was also filmed with a litter of puppies that have been bred in the centre for potential search dogs. One of the bitches of the litter was named Connie, after the singer. |
