Facilities at IRTCW
IRTCW is situated next to the main A55 North Wales Expressway at Abergwyngregyn, and is easily accessed by the main UK arterial Motorway system and is approximately 90 minutes drive from Manchester International Airport and approximately 40 minutes from the Holyhead ferry Port on Anglesey.
Situated on the Northerly edge of the Snowdonia National Park, it is only a ten minute walk from the Aber Ogwen river estuary and the nearby Menai Straits and benefits from stunning views over Anglesey, Conwy Bay and the Irish Sea, The mountains to the south rise steeply on to the Carneddau Range and the start of the Snowdonia 3000ft Peaks. There is scarcely a training environment which cannot be found on the many acres of land that the Centre occupies or a short drive away in the Snowdonia Mountains and Rivers.
The Centre facilities consist of many acres of land suitable for many types of Dog training also we have a man made lagoon for training Boat Safety and Water Search Dogs. The New Lecture room is well appointed with Wi-Fi Broadband, modern projection system for power point presentations, Tea and Coffee facilities. Also available for all types of training is a large undercover area, which can be used for obedience training and course briefing and debriefings away from the elements if needs dictate.
The Centre Shop will offer a wide variety of merchandise and also holds “Merchant Status” for the distribution of Dog food made by the well known company Gibertson & Page Ltd.
We also have a new modern kennel Facility, all clean and fully double glazed and heated for maximum comfort.
